My practice exists within the intersection of science and art. Sustainability in my photo practice is a key player. As an employee of the largest natural history museum in the world, I am often confronted with the size and scope of our collections and the measures taken for artifact preservation. I often ask myself, “Preservation to what end?”

With this in mind, each chlorophyll print is untreated and allowed to naturally degrade over time. Letting nature do it’s thing fosters a harmonious collaboration between myself and the natural world.
